Ingredients/Components
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- can water chestnuts, sliced
- plain non-fat yogurt
- diet mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- fresh spinach or one 10 oz - 2 c
- Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix - 1 pkg
- Shredded carrots - 1 item
How to make spinach dip:
If using frozen spinach, thaw and squeeze out water. Combine all ingredients and chill in refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving. Shredded carrot can be added for more color. Serve with raw vegetables or low fat crackers.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
