- onion - 1 lg
- carrots, cut in long 1-inch strips - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- ketchup - 3/4 1
- salt and pepper - 1 item

How to make american spaghetti:
Cut bacon into bite size pieces. Dice onion and saute with bacon. Do not drain. When bacon is brown, add soup, water, salt and pepper. Cook on medium for 30 minutes. Cook spaghetti and add to sauce. Simmer 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Spaghetti.
