Easy chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- thin spaghetti
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 c
How to make easy chicken tetrazzini:
Boil chicken and cool. Debone and chop. Boil spaghetti in chicken broth until tender. Drain and reserve broth. Saute celery and onion in butter until tender. Mix all ingredients in 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish and add enough broth to moisten well. Garnish with additional cheese. Bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes.
