Mexican spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- onion, chopped - 1 c
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- canned tomatoes - 2 c
- ground pork sausage - 1 lb
- red cayenne or red pepper - 1 tsp
How to make mexican spaghetti:
Brown meat, onion and green pepper in skillet. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer 10 minutes. Pour into buttered 2 quart casserole and bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Add cheese and bake 10 minutes more.Recipe categories: Chicken, Pasta, Spaghetti.
