  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • carrot, chopped - 1 item
  • can chicken soup - 1 item
  • cooked zucchini or squash can mix - 2 c
  • bag Pepperidge Farm seasoned dressing - 1 item

How to make zucchini supreme:

Combine cooked zucchini or squash, sour cream, chicken soup, chopped raw onion, carrot, salt and pepper. Mix well. Put in baking dish. Top with Pepperidge Farm seasoned dressing, dot with butter. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
