Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 lb
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • butter, melted - 1/2 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1/2 c
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 2 c
  • cornflakes, crushed
  • can cream of chicken of cream or mushroom soup, do not dilute - 1 item

How to make cheesy potatoes:

Topping:2 c. cornflakes, crushed1/2 c. butter, melted Mix all potato ingredients well and pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine topping ingredients and spread on top. Bake 1 hour in 350° oven.
