Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- sour cream - 1 pt
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 2 c
- cornflakes, crushed
- can cream of chicken of cream or mushroom soup, do not dilute - 1 item
How to make cheesy potatoes:
Topping:2 c. cornflakes, crushed1/2 c. butter, melted Mix all potato ingredients well and pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine topping ingredients and spread on top. Bake 1 hour in 350° oven.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
