Ingredients/Components
- Bisquick - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- slightly beaten eggs - 2 item
- unpared shredded zucchini - 2 c
- butter, oleo or oil - 2 Tbsp
- syrup or honey optional - 1 item
How to make zucchini rounds:
Mix Bisquick, cheese and pepper. Stir in beaten eggs until moistened. Fold in zucchini. Fry in butter, oleo or oil. (No stick skillet - spray with oil). Drizzle with syrup or honey to taste (optional).Recipe from Gladys Henkener.
