  • oil - 1/2 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • oregano - 2 tsp
  • chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1/4 c
  • shredded zucchini - 2 3
  • to 4 cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item

How to make zucchini pizza:

Mix together. Put in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares.
