Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- shredded carrot - 3/4 c
- can condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix
- medium zucchini, sliced 1/2-inch thick - 4 item
How to make zucchini stuffing casserole:
Cook zucchini in a little boiling water until tender, 5 minutes. Drain. In a saucepan, saute carrots and onions in 4 tablespoons butter until tender.
