Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • lemon juice - 5 Tbsp
  • unbaked pie shell - 1 item
  • tapioca - 2 Tbsp
  • Topping:1 stick soft oleo
  • thinly sliced zucchini, peeled - 4 c

How to make zucchini pie:

Topping:1 stick soft oleo1/2 c. flour1/2 c. sugar Mix ingredients and place in the unbaked pie shell. Mix topping until crumbly and spread over zucchini mixture. Bake in 400° oven for 40 minutes.
