Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 5 Tbsp
- unbaked pie shell - 1 item
- tapioca - 2 Tbsp
- Topping:1 stick soft oleo
- thinly sliced zucchini, peeled - 4 c
How to make zucchini pie:
Topping:1 stick soft oleo1/2 c. flour1/2 c. sugar Mix ingredients and place in the unbaked pie shell. Mix topping until crumbly and spread over zucchini mixture. Bake in 400° oven for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Italian, European.
