Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- bread flour - 1 c
- water or a little more - 3 Tbsp
How to make amish noodles:
Make a well in flour. Add salt, egg, oil and water. Make a ball after kneading 5 minutes; let rest 45 minutes. Cut in half. Roll out each to 8 x 14-inches. Let dry 3 to 4 hours. Roll up like jelly roll. Cut thin or thick. Let dry several hours.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Egg, Side dish.
