Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- brown sugar
- nutmeg - 1/3 tsp
- mashed zucchini - 4 c
- top milk or cream
How to make zucchini pie:
Note: Take old zucchini.Peel and remove seeds of zucchini. Cook until soft, then put through sieve. Stir flour into zucchini. Add salt, nutmeg and brown sugar; stir until mixed. Add milk or cream; pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes, then turn back to 350°. Makes 2 pies.
