Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 2 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 2 c
- oleo - 1 c
- pudding and pie filling* - 2 pkg
How to make lemon lush:
*Make as directions on package. For variations, use cherry or blueberry pie filling.Mix flour and oleo until crumbly. Press into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes and cool. Beat Cool Whip, confectioners sugar and cream cheese together. Spread on top of crust mix. Then spread on top slightly cooled pie filling. Top with remaining Cool Whip and nuts. Use 1 large container Cool Whip for entire recipe.
