Ingredients/Components
- diced zucchini - 4 c
- diced onion - 1 c
- shredded cheese - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- uncooked pie shell - 1 item
- mustard - 2 tsp
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
How to make zucchini pie:
Saute zucchini and onion in margarine for 10 minutes. Mix rest of ingredients. Spread mustard on uncooked pie shell, then fill with other ingredients. Bake at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes (center should be set). Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Italian, European.
