  • diced zucchini - 4 c
  • diced onion - 1 c
  • shredded cheese - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • uncooked pie shell - 1 item
  • mustard - 2 tsp
  • parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • basil - 1/4 tsp
  • oregano - 1/4 tsp

How to make zucchini pie:

Saute zucchini and onion in margarine for 10 minutes. Mix rest of ingredients. Spread mustard on uncooked pie shell, then fill with other ingredients. Bake at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes (center should be set). Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
