  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese, sliced - 8 oz
  • small can tomato sauce - 1 item
  • olives - 1/4 c
  • medium zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick - 3 item

How to make zucchini parmigiana:

Saute zucchini in olive oil. Add rest of ingredients, except for Mozzarella cheese. Simmer until zucchini is cooked. Add sliced Mozzarella cheese. Cover until cheese melts.
