Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese, sliced - 8 oz
- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
- olives - 1/4 c
- medium zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick - 3 item
How to make zucchini parmigiana:
Saute zucchini in olive oil. Add rest of ingredients, except for Mozzarella cheese. Simmer until zucchini is cooked. Add sliced Mozzarella cheese. Cover until cheese melts.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Cheese.
