Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/8 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • basil - 1/2 tsp
  • sliced mushrooms - 1/2 lb
  • red wine - 1/4 c
  • onion, minced - 1 tsp
  • small can tomato sauce - 1 item
  • garlic - 1 tsp
  • carrot, grated - 1 item
  • artichokes, drained and diced 1/2-inch pieces - 1 c
  • drained diced black olives - 1/2 c

How to make artichoke spaghetti sauce:

Serves 6. Saute artichokes, butter, olives and mushrooms in pan for 10 minutes. Add all other ingredients. Let simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over linguine.

Very good over chicken.
