Artichoke spaghetti sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/8 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- sliced mushrooms - 1/2 lb
- red wine - 1/4 c
- onion, minced - 1 tsp
- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
- garlic - 1 tsp
- carrot, grated - 1 item
- artichokes, drained and diced 1/2-inch pieces - 1 c
- drained diced black olives - 1/2 c
How to make artichoke spaghetti sauce:
Serves 6. Saute artichokes, butter, olives and mushrooms in pan for 10 minutes. Add all other ingredients. Let simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over linguine.Very good over chicken.
