Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 2 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 3
- can tomato sauce - 12 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano - 2 Tbsp
- basil - 2 Tbsp
- Italian seasoning - 2 Tbsp
- hamburger - 1 lb
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 4 5
- cloves garlic - 4 item
- fresh mushrooms - 1 lb
- large green pepper - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 16 oz
- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- hot sausage - 1 lb
- box lasagna noodles - 1 lb
How to make lasagna:
Grease a large, deep baking dish or pan. Cook noodles according to package directions and set aside. Preheat oven to 400°. Brown hamburger and sausage. Mince garlic cloves and add to meat. Chop onion, pepper and add to meat; cook until tender. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Then add sliced mushrooms and dry seasonings. Simmer about 30 minutes. Layer in deep dish pan: meat sauce, noodles, meat sauce, both kinds of cheese, noodles, meat sauce, cheeses, noodles, meat sauce, etc. until all is gone (2 to 3 layers). End with cheese on top.
