Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- can tomato sauce - 15 oz
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 lb
- to 4 medium zucchini - 3 item
- to 6 lasagna noodles - 5 item
How to make zucchini lasagna:
Brown beef with onion. Add tomato sauce and next 4 spices; let simmer 5 minutes. Slice zucchini and layer noodles and zucchini. Cover with mixture of cottage cheese, egg and flour, then layer of ground beef. Repeat layers until all used. Cook in a 350Recipe categories: Cheese, Mushroom, Main dish.
