- flour - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onions - 1/3 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- cottage cheese - 1 (8
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1/4 tsp
How to make zucchini lasagne:
Brown ground beef and add tomato sauce and spices; bring to boiling point and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix together cottage cheese and egg.Preheat oven to 375°. In a 12 x 8-inch dish, place 1/2 zucchini in bottom of casserole. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon flour over top; add a layer of cottage cheese mixture and half of meat sauce. Repeat this step again. Bake for 40 minutes until zucchini is fork tender. Allow 10 minutes before eating.
