Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 1/2
- chopped onion - 2 tsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
How to make pineapple cheese ball:
Cream the cream cheese until smooth. Add pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt. Shape into a ball. Roll in remaining nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until chilled (overnight). Let set out of refrigerator before serving, if toRecipe categories: Appetizers, Pineapple, Cheese.
