Cranberry salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- pkg - 3 oz
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 1/4
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- fresh cranberries, ground - 2 c
- small oranges, unpeeled, seeded and ground - 2 item
How to make cranberry salad:
Dissolve Jell-O and sugar in boiling water. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Set pineapple aside. Add water to pineapple juice to measure 1 cup. Stir in lemon juice. Stir mixture into gelatin mixture. Chill until consistency of egg whites. Add cranberries, oranges and nuts to mixture; mix well.
