Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- boiling water - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- lemon jello
- 1/2 sticks butter, melted - 1 item
- graham crackers, crushed - 2 pkg
- large can evaporated milk, chill until iced, then whip - 1 item
How to make pineapple cheese cake:
Filling:1 pkg. lemon jello1 c. boiling water3 Tbsp. lemon juice1 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 large can evaporated milk, chill until iced, then whip1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese Crust: Mix finely crushed graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Pack in bottom and up sides of 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Save some crumbs to sprinkle on top.Filling: Dissolve jello in boiling water; add lemon juice and let cool. In another bowl, cream together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add jello. Mix well. Fold whipped cream into mixture. Add crushed pineapple. Pour into pan.
Sprinkle top with graham cracker mix. Chill and serve.
