Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- buttered bread crumbs - 1 item
- diced potatoes - 2 c
- zucchini
- sliced Velveeta cheese - 8 oz
How to make zucchini delight:
Cook and drain the ground beef. Slice and parboil the zucchini. Cook the potatoes. In a 2 1/2-quart greased casserole dish, layer the beef, zucchini squash, potatoes and cheese. Mix the soup and milk. Pour over. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Vegetables, Main dish.
