Ingredients/Components

cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
vanilla - 2 Tbsp
salt - 1 tsp
eggs, beaten - 3 item
baking powder - 2 Tbsp
baking soda
ginger - 1/2 tsp
all spice - 1/2 tsp
Cup sugar - 2 item
Cup flour - 4 item
cloves optional - 1/4 tsp
Cup butter - 3/4 item
Cup chopped nuts optional - 1 item
Cups zucchini, grated - 3 item
Cups Chopped raisins optional - 2 item

How to make zucchini cookies:

Blend butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Gradually blend dry ingredients into egg mixture. Stir in zucchini. Fold in raisins and nuts. Place by dropping tsp. on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 350 for 10-12 minutes.

These are drop cookies, extra flour may be needed.
