How to make pineapple cake:
Icing:1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding1 c. milk1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip Mix flour, pineapple with juice, baking soda, sugar, eggs and nuts by hand. Bake at 350° in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 40 minutes.Icing: Mix pudding with milk with an electric mixer. Add cream cheese and Cool Whip. Mix and spread on cake.
