Ingredients/Components
- zucchini, shredded or chopped - 10 c
- onions, diced - 4 item
- salt - 5 Tbsp
- red pepper - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- sugar - 3 c
- turmeric - 2 Tbsp
- celery seed - 2 tsp
- white vinegar
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- In a large pot or canner, mix the remaining ingredients
How to make zucchini chow-chow:
Let the first 5 ingredients set overnight and drain. In a large pot or canner, mix the remaining ingredients. Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
