- butter flavor or regular Crisco - 3/4 c
- solid packed pumpkin - 1 (16

- water - 1/4 c
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- Quaker Oats quick or old fashioned, uncooked
- chopped nuts or raisins - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- pumpkin pie spice - 1 Tbsp
- baking soda
- Grease 10-cup Bundt pan
- orange juice - 4 tsp
- grated orange peel - 3/4 tsp
How to make orange-glazed pumpkin cake:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease 10-cup Bundt pan. For cake; beat sugar and Crisco until fluffy. Mix in pumpkin, eggs and water. Combine remaining cake ingredients, mixing well. Gradually add to pumpkin mixture; mix well. Spread into pan. Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
