Zucchini casserole

Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1 tsp
• oil - 1/2 c
• eggs, beaten - 3 item
• Bisquick - 1 c
• pepper - 1 tsp
• grated cheese - 1/2 c
• oregano - 1/2 tsp
• medium chopped onion - 1 item
• large tomato, chopped - 1 item
• dried zucchini, chopped - 4 c

How to make zucchini casserole:

Combine zucchini, onion, tomato, Bisquick, grated cheese, salt, oregano and pepper. Mix oil and eggs; add to first mixture. Grease casserole dish; bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
