Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk
- slices bread - 6 item
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- ham, sausage or bacon, cooked and drained - 1/4 lb
- cheese, grated or cut fine - 1/4 lb
How to make egg breakfast casserole:
Melt oleo and pour half in bottom of pan. Remove crusts from bread and arrange bread in pan. Sprinkle meat and cheese over bread. Beat eggs and milk and rest of oleo together and pour over entire slices of bread. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300° for about 45 minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Egg, Breakfast, Cheese.
