Ingredients/Components
- diced zucchini - 4 c
- grated cheese
- Bisquick
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- onion - 1 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Mix zucchini and cheese together. Mix Bisquick, salt, pepper and oregano together, then mix with first part. In blender, put eggs, oil, and onion. Blend and mix with other ingredients. Grease bowl. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or 325° for glass dish.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
