  • sour cream - 1 c
  • grated carrots - 1 c
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • box Stove Top stuffing - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1/4 c
  • zucchini 6 c - 2 lb

How to make zucchini casserole:

Heat zucchini and onions in some butter. Simmer 5 minutes. Combine soup, sour cream and carrots in a bowl. Add zucchini mixture to bowl. Put melted butter in a dish. Sprinkle 3/4 Stove Top on melted butter. Put zucchini mixture on top of stuffing. Sprink
