Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- lard - 2 Tbsp
How to make rolled dumplings:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Beat the egg and 1/2 cup milk. Cut in lard into flour mixture. Add milk and egg mixture. Roll out and cut in small squares. Drop into boiling broth.Recipe categories: Egg, Main dish, One Dish meal.
