Zucchini casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- grated carrots - 1 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- box Stove Top stuffing - 1 oz
- onion - 1/2 c
- zucchini, sliced thin - 6 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Parboil zucchini and onion for 5 minutes and drain. Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup and carrots together, then fold in zucchini. In small bowl, mix stuffing and melted margarine. In casserole, place 1/2 stuffing on bottom, then all of the zucchini; mix and place remaining stuffing on top. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
