Giblet gravy
Ingredients/Components
- flour
- chicken broth - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, minced - 1 Tbsp
- egg, boiled and chopped - 1 item
- giblets, cooked and chopped - 1/2 c
- Crisco rounded - 1 Tbsp
- unbaked dressing - 3 Tbsp
How to make giblet gravy:
Brown Crisco and flour lightly. Add remaining ingredients, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and season with salt and pepper. If gravy is too thick, add more broth and bring to a boil. Serve over chicken and dressing.Recipe categories: Egg, Chicken, Poultry.
