Ingredients/Components

  • flour
  • chicken broth - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • onion, minced - 1 Tbsp
  • egg, boiled and chopped - 1 item
  • giblets, cooked and chopped - 1/2 c
  • Crisco rounded - 1 Tbsp
  • unbaked dressing - 3 Tbsp

How to make giblet gravy:

Brown Crisco and flour lightly. Add remaining ingredients, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and season with salt and pepper. If gravy is too thick, add more broth and bring to a boil. Serve over chicken and dressing.
