Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- well beaten eggs - 6 item
- small can bean sprouts, drained - 1 item
- small onion or green onion, chopped - 1 item
- meat, cooked and diced beef, pork and chicken - 1 c
How to make egg foo yong:
Combine all ingredients. Melt teaspoon butter in 6-inch skillet. Pour 1/2 cup mixture in skillet. Cook until set. Brown on edges. Turn and brown on other side. Serve with cooked rice.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Egg, Beef.
