Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onions - 3 item
- zucchini
How to make zucchini casserole:
Boil sliced zucchini and onions in salted water until barely cooked. Drain. Place in buttered casserole dish. Add cheese, salt and pepper. Beat egg and milk. Pour over zucchini. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
