Ingredients/Components
- chopped green pepper - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- shredded cheese - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- potatoes, thinly sliced - 1 item
- zucchini squash, thinly sliced - 1 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Layer the zucchini and then potatoes. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder, then add another layer of squash. Melt butter or margarine and pour over top of the ingredients.
