Maple custard
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs, beaten - 4 med
- maple flavoring - 1 tsp
- dash salt - 1 item
- nonfat liquid milk - 2 c
How to make maple custard:
Combine above ingredients in a bowl. Pour evenly into 4 individual baking dishes. Set in a pan with 1 inch of hot water. Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or cold. Makes 4 servings as part of midday meal.
