Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 2
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla extract
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- grated zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Beat eggs in large bowl. Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture; blend well. Stir in nuts. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Yield: 2 loaves. You may add less cinnamon, if you like.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
