  • cooking oil - 1 c
  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • self-rising flour - 2 c
  • fresh apples, chopped - 3 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pecans - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp

How to make apple cake:

Combine oil, sugar and eggs. Beat well. Add flour and beat well. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Put batter into a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
