Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 18 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- melted margarine - 1 Tbsp
- Wesson oil - 1/2 c
- instant vanilla pudding mix - 1 pkg
How to make coffee cake:
Topping:1/4 c. sugar1 Tbsp. melted margarine1/2 c. brown sugar2 tsp. cinnamon Mix all topping ingredients together thoroughly.Put all ingredients except topping into large mixing bowl. Beat at high speed until thick, about 7 minutes. Grease a large tube pan (10-cup size). Alternate layers of cake batter and topping, beginning and ending with batter; three layers of batter, 2 of topping. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 20 minutes before removing from pan. This is great warm.
