Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• grated zucchini do not peel - 2 c
• vegetable oil - 1 c
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla
• flour - 3 c
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• sugar - 2 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• soda baking - 1 tsp

How to make zucchini bread:

Grate the zucchini (do not peel). Beat oil, eggs and vanilla in blender. Mix together remaining ingredients. Add together the zucchini, egg mixture and dry mixture. Bake 2 loaves for 1 hour at 325°.
