Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• nuts - 1/2 c
• cooking oil - 1 c
• grated zucchini squash - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Preheat oven to 325°. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Beat eggs, add sugar, oil, vanilla and squash. Cream together. Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together. Add to creamed mixture and mix until blended. Bake 1 hour.
