Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- Bisquick - 1 c
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- thinly sliced zucchini - 3 c
- onion - 1/2 c
How to make zucchini appetizer:
Mix all ingredients together. Put in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan and cook at 375° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Appetizers, Vegetables.
