Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 6 to
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 1/4 c
- dry yeast - 2 pkg
- lukewarm water - 2 c
How to make yeast rolls:
Mix water, yeast, sugar, salt, eggs and shortening. Add flour and mix thoroughly. Let rise to double. Work down and pinch off to form rolls. Let rise and bake at 425° until brown.These are very easy to make and quick, too.
