  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • paprika - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
  • onion salt - 1/4 tsp
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • can mushrooms, drained - 1 item
  • celery salt - 1/4 tsp
  • can water chestnuts - 1 oz
  • ribs celery, chopped - 3 item
  • bag sliced almonds - 1 (2
  • bulk pork sausage - 1 lb
  • wild rice - 1 c

How to make wild rice casserole:

Cook wild rice in 2 cups water. Brown pork sausage and drain off drippings. Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Mix together water chestnuts (sliced and drained), mushroom soup, 1 soup can of water, almonds, mushrooms, celery salt, garlic salt, pepper, onion salt, paprika and salt. Mix all ingredients together in casserole. Bake 1 hour, covered, at 350°.
