  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • melted butter - 6 Tbsp
  • chocolate cookie or graham cracker crumbs

How to make white chocolate cheesecake:

Combine cookie crumbs and butter and press onto bottom and up sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; blend in eggs, melted chocolate and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely before serving.
