Best ever cheesecake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- 8 oz - 1 c
- crushed graham crackers - 2 c
- heavy whipping cream - 1/2 pt
How to make best ever cheesecake:
Filling:3 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, room temperature2 c. sugar3 eggs1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream1 tsp. vanilla Crust: Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Be sure to use a cheesecake (spring-form) pan. Butter sides and bottom of pan. Press crust mixture into sides and bottom of pan.Filling: Add sugar to cream cheese and thoroughly beat with electric beater. Add eggs one at a time and beat into batter. Beat in sour cream. Beat in heavy whipping cream and vanilla. Pour batter into crust. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove cake from oven and allow to set and cool for 2 hours at room temperature. Then remove cake from pan very carefully. Place cake in refrigerator 24 hours. When serving, slice cake with hot knife to prevent sticking.
