  • graham cracker crumbs
  • melted butter - 6 Tbsp
  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • pkg
  • eggs - 4 item
  • heavy cream - 1 c
  • lemon rind - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 2 c
  • fresh lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • Chill until filling is done no bake
  • about 1/2 to 1/4 of juice
  • or Tbsp - 1 tsp

How to make cheese cake:

Filling:3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese4 eggs1 c. heavy cream1 tsp. lemon rind1 3/4 c. sugar2 c. sour cream1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice1 tsp. vanilla Combine ingredients for crust and press on the bottom and sides of a buttered 9-inch spring-form pan. Chill until filling is done (no bake).

Filling: Beat cream cheese, then beat in the sugar gradually until very fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into crust and bake at 350° for one hour. After one hour, turn off oven and let cake cool without opening oven door. You can also leave cake in oven overnight if you bake it at night. Leave cake in pan and put in refrigerator to set.Topping:2 pkg. frozen strawberries, drain juice about 1/2 to 1/4 of juice a little cornstarch (2 tsp.)1 tsp. or Tbsp. sugar Mix cornstarch with juice; add sugar. Heat until thick; pour in rest of juice and cool. Then place on cake close together the strawberries. Then pour mixture over strawberries and refrigerate.
