Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch
- water - 2 c
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- medium chopped onion - 1 item
- minced garlic - 1 Tbsp
- chopped green chilies - 8 oz
- cumin - 1 tsp
- can garbanzo beans, drained - 1 item
- chicken flavored bouillon cubes - 2 item
- can white beans, drained - 1 item
- chicken breasts, in 1-inch chunks - 2 item
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese as topping - 1 item
How to make white chili:
Add first 5 ingredients to a large pot and cook until chicken is tender. Add remaining ingredients, except for cheese, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Serve topped with cheese. If desired, hot sauce may be added.Recipe categories: Main dish, Chili, Tex Mex.
